This blend is an Ethiopian i picked up from BLUEBEARD COFFEE ROASTERS, with an equal part of an el salvador i purchased from sweet marias. The espresso is stunning, I’m stunned.

Two Ethiopians

Two completely different ethiopian beans used to roast this espresso. One, a medium-grade sidamo, and another high quality wonderful bean from who knows what region, let alone what grower, the latter of which I picked up from BLUEBEARD COFFEE ROASTERS here in Tacoma. I want 100lb of this fruity wonderful ethiopian, it's so amazing. Thanks Kevin.

Espresso with Half-&-half

Today’s espresso was marvelous with half and half. The espresso was a blend I put together a couple nights ago, of 2 different ethiopian beans and some guatemala, roasted about 10 seconds or so into 2nd crack. Very dark, pretty roast, makes great espresso.
